Timers stop when closing app (Android)
Jake Cresswell
Hey, I don't know if this is just me but when I close the app (Android) the timers for torpor and food drain stops. I have tested it a number of ways and different Dinos, without luck. I have S7Edge, running Nougat, taming all different dinos. Let me know if you need anything further. I have tested it in a similar app and appears to work. Thanks

Taming timer not working
Pedro Henrique Rodrigues Silva
The taming timer should act as an alarm that sounds when given the selected time and users should not need to enter the app again to see how much time is left.

The taming counter should act as an alarm that rings when the selected time is up and users should not have to log in to the app again to see how much time is left

App doesn't notify me
Pedro Henrique Rodrigues Silva
I need the app to notify me when my dinosaur is going to wake up and it never does that, it only makes a dodo sound if I have the app open on the cell phone screen, otherwise nothing happens to warn me

@pedro -henrique-rodrigues-silvaro-ferraz If you enable Push Notifications, the app will send a notification when the inactivity timer or torpor timer expires.

Dan Leveille: How do I activate this?
Dan Leveille
Pedro Henrique Rodrigues Silva: The first time you start a stopwatch, iOS/Android asks you to receive notifications. If you clicked “decline”, you can enable it in your phone's settings. In your phone settings, find the Dododex app and turn on push notifications.

Same exact issue. Alarms don't go off when I'm say, browsing Facebook, something I almost always do when waiting for a tame. When going back to the app, the correct time is displayed.

Great Fire Wall In the meantime, just FYI: it's a display error, meaning your time was not actually lost. If you leave the timers screen and come back, it will be correct.

Dan Leveille: Thank you, let me have a try next time ! :)

Great Fire Wall Great catch! Thank you.

Jake Cresswell Do you mean the timer pauses? Or it completely resets? Note that sometimes Dododex can't restore the state of the app, but timers should always be store correctly in the "Timers" section of the app.
