Add weight limits for speed debufs calculator!

It would be SUPER handy to be able to put a weight value in, and have a calculator to tell you what weight to not exceed to maintain max creature speed!

Jghake This is an excellent idea! I'll definitely implement this in the future. On Web, there are speed/damage calculators, which would fit perfectly with this type of calculator when they transition to Mobile:
