Custom Tool Quality for Gathering Stats

All the knock out stats and harvesting effectiveness is based off of 100% quality, it would be helpful to be able to input my tools Quality percentage and see how that affects the numbers.

Jack Johnson KO stats can be customized -- click edit and you can customize your damage.

Gathering effectiveness is more of a generalization among a bunch of factors -- it's not really possible to compare them all against each other in a mathematical way. Some nodes get different quantities and some dinos have larger areas of effect, which also depends on the nodes being used to gather. Some dinos/nodes are only available on certain maps.
