Actually the timers right now works perfect, but if i get a message on my iphone and forget to switch back to dododex or my phone is accidentally blocked, the sound won't play until focus is regained. If you set a local notification to the same second the dodo sound plays in the app, in case it is not in focus, we will get the notification and don't forget to feed the last 100 narcotics to our 120 crop fed 5.5hs official server paraceratherium tame (yeah, it was 4.5hs already and it woke up :<)

This would be hugely helpful, especially if you set up something similar to the crumple site but for the phone where we can set a narcotic timer and then have it alarm/push notification at a certain window prior to it running out of torpor notifying us that we need to go turn it on. Allow us to set whether we want the alarm to be on by default (or just have it on by default so we have to disable it if we don't want it). I've lost a quetz tame to that crap, forgetting to turn on the alarm and stretching too thin trying to secure the quetz, run intel, and coordinate prime gatherers while trying to maintain the tame.
Edit: While I know the notification doesn't need to be remote, and I'm sure that's a whole other system you'd have to work on and build. If you really wanted to go all out, it would definitely be next level creating a backend where we can sync our browser to our phone app and be able to set everything up in the browser and have the notifications and timers pushed over to the phone app. (again I know this is some next level, borderline multi-team level stuff, not something to expect from what's a bloody scott free app, just an idea if you were trying to experiment)
