[Settings] Add Option to modify Max lvl After Training

In unnoficial servers, some have more than 61 lvl after training.

Tadeu Lelis Thanks! Just asked in the Steam forums and got this answer too. :)

So it looks like the best way to implement this would just be to have a text box where you can simply enter the max level of dinos after taming. Will definitely consider for the future!

Dan, script code: LevelExperienceRampOverrides=, this code configures how much experience per level, and the owner can add more levels.

Tadeu Lelis Thanks! Someone else was just requesting this, but I was having trouble finding the server setting that controls this. Do you know what setting it is?
