The Tek Rex is the same as the normal Rex; it merely spawns at a generally higher level than normal. I don’t think there is a need to put the TEK creatures in that case, just like Cooked Jerky ain’t listed under taming as well since it’s the same as Cooked Meat and Prime Meat.
