[Web] Starve Timer | Voters

Dododex.com's taming calculator has been redesigned (coming soon!) so that a starve timer can actually be supported. I don't have an ETA on when I will get to this yet, but it's something I plan to do! :)

There really should be a starve timer in Dododex website. Not just the phone app. Would be a handy tool to be able to use.

The Ark starve timer is one of the major missing features on Dododex.com (which is also the Windows version).

The timer wouldn't be too difficult if it would simply be running on the page and not require "saving" the timer.
