Add section for items in primative +

The primal spear/pike KO stuff faster then tranq arrows but you will take a few hits.

Breeding in primitive plus as well as items are different so the temperatures are all off. I would love to have that added into this app to make it more helpful for people like me. We don't have a/c so the temps for hatching are a lot different.
